Precautions
- The construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C
- During mixing, it is strictly prohibited to add additional cement, sand, or other materials
- The tile adhesive must be used within 2 hours; any hardened adhesive must not be reused after adding water
- When laying ceramic tiles, proper expansion joints should be maintained
- Due to low initial strength, heavy loads should be avoided on the tile surface within 24 hours
- Stepping on or grouting should only be performed after 24 hours
Description
Step 1
The base layer must be solid, stable, and free of powdering. The surface of the base layer must not contain substances that hinder adhesion, such as laitance, cracks, dust, oil stains, or release agents, and should be treated accordingly. For base surfaces with high water absorption or extreme dryness, they should be wetted before construction, and construction can only proceed once the surface is dry without standing water.
Step 2
Pour the measured clean water into the mixing bucket first, then mix the product at a water to powder ratio of approximately 0.2-0.25 using an electric mixer until homogeneous and free of lumps. Let stand for 5 minutes, then stir again before using.
Step 3
Use a professional toothed trowel to evenly spread the product on the base surface, with each application covering approximately 1 square meter of the construction area.
Step 4
Apply tile adhesive to the back of the ceramic tiles to be laid. When laying the ceramic tiles, you can press them firmly onto the base surface by hand or use a rubber mallet to adjust the flatness until the tile surface is level.
